Just in front of the right rear tire up high on the bulkhead is where the overflow comes out unless it has been moved by the previous owner.

Most members on the forum do not reccommend using the overflow as a indicator of a "full" fresh water tank. Water on the bulkhead should be avoided if possible. Best to use your level indicators or a visual inspection of the tank itself, if the side of the tank is visible from the wet bay as some are.

That overflow dumps out onto the basement floor and can over time can cause rust and destroy your bulkhead. If your original tank monitors are not working consider adding a SeeLevel system.
