Generator muffler support

While I was crawling around under the coach doing LOF, I noticed that the generator muffler support was in serious trouble - picture 1 and 2.  Called a friend and he told me about universal exhaust hangers.  Just the ticket!  Picture 3.  Less than $5 each at Amazon using the ForeForum link  :D

A little CorrosionX and the OEM bolts and nuts came right off.  Built the new hanger with some flat bar stock I had in the garage.  I'm reusing the bolts and a couple of the bracket pieces.  Picture 4.

It would certainly be worth a close look the next time you or a tech gets under the front of your coach.  I expect the muffler falling down while driving would be a bad thing  :)

I cut an old tire tread and used that .. should hold forever!!
