Aqua Hot has worked flawlessly- now it won’t fire

On my 2004 U320, my Aqua Hot Model AHE 130-03X has worked great. I changed the burner tip and fuel filter in September, probably have 40 hours on the system since change. No smoke or fumes at all out of exhaust when running. I start system weekly when not in use. System has worked great
Today, green light on/off switch above kitchen sink will not come on as normal, Even with light off, I can hear system working, but never does the burner attempt to fire. I took attached picture of electronic controller panel, I checked for loose connections, I checked fuel filter, It is very clean. I pushed the reset button on the controller, no changes. I am at a loss as to what to try next.
Coach is presently plugged into 50 amp pedestal at my house. I will be gone for most of the day, will check Forum upon return

Rudy, Thank you for talking me thru the repair. I greatly appreciate your help. Please let me know if there is any way I can return the favor. I would be happy to send you some Vermont maple syrup fresh from my neighbors sugar house.

To others Aqua Hot owners- see 2 attached pictures. The problem was 3 of the wires in the lower right green terminal had pulled out of the connectors? How, I just don't know. Had not even been in that bay until problem surfaced and had never removed the cover on the Electronic Controller Panel (the circuit board shown is behind that cover). I will place the responsibility on that gremlin that seems to move around from coach to coach and always keeps us owners on our toes

That's neat that Rudy could talk you through that and narrow it down to those three wires. Almost like a sixth sense....

And Rudy is a really nice guy too. 

We have known Rudy since the first year we bought our coach, almost 10 years ago. Always willing to lend a hand and always willing to go get something to eat. He knows a lot of great places to eat.

If Rudy charged us all what his time and expertise is worth when we have these issues, he would probably be driving a brand new coach. He's helped me several times work thru my issue's and only a thanks is what he has asked. When I can make it down that way, I intend to change that to at least a good meal :))

Hey cdm those green connectors are called Phoenix connectors.  The way they grab the wire can cut the wire or not hold securely.  When I worked these were very common on the facilities I worked on and had the same problem with wires coming loose or breaking.  I used ferrules similar to the below and then had very few problems.  When I rewired all of the relays and control board for my generator I used the ferrules again.  This crimper leaves ridges on the ferrule to give you a more secure grip.  Well worth the $24

Thank you for that guidance. To be sure I get it right, I need to do following:  crimp the correct size ferrule onto  the end of the wire I have and then stick the ferrule into the green phoenix connector and tighten the screw until ferrule is held securely? Makes sense to me because the stranded wire alone can be challenging to insert into the phoenix connector

Yes, size that wire fits snugly into, crimp and it resizes the ferrule down a bit and puts ridges on it.
One tip, keep the lid snapped on after you get a ferrule. I didn't once and had hundreds of them scattered on the floor! My buddy sorted them for me and wrapped the case in a few layers of duct tape.
