Overhead content secure

Having got tired of stuff moving around in the overhead cabinets, especially when the brakes are applied suddenly for a slow crossing ground hog!
24x24" square galvanized sheet at Lowe's for $11.95 each. Cut into 4 one foot squares, edges filed and sanded down, corners rounded, and bent across the middle.
Stuck some rubber non slip material over the inside of the bend (just because I had rolls of it) which reduces rattling and parts need the other side white.
Velcro strips of underneath secure it to the "carpet" covering the base of the cabinet.
The inexpensive to do, bend the sheet clamping it between two pieces of squared metal clamped to the edge of your workbench and use your arms/ hands to bend the light weight steel sheet.
Should have done this last year!!

Fantastic success, the roads we traveled this week end were terrible, rough, uneven and steep enough to drop to second gear with the retarder at max and best of all everything in our overheads was exactly where it was when we left home: It's nice to discover something works as intended!

Nice job!  I did something similar to make dividers for the fridge but used white abs plastic sheets.  Used a heat gun and aluminum angles to make a nice 90ยบ bend.  I set the pieces on the fridge shelves with the leg hanging down.  Keeps stuff from sliding around in the fridge.
