damaged rear fenderwell liners

I hit a hole coming home from Meeker today so big in hwy 13 that it jammed the tires into the upper wheel well liners and did some real damage to the liners above the tires. It's under construction and I was going 25-30 with a posted 35. Are these replaceable? I'll call FT Monday to see if parte are available. It's at the Piance creek west, turnoff before you drop down Rio Blanco hill. SUCKS big time

No need to replace it.  Just get a sheet of aluminum large enough to well cover the bad area.  Use a good marine adhesive/sealant and just a couple of short screws to hold it in place until the polysulfide cures.  If into aesthetics, paint the side that will show flat black.  DONE.

Also, check ride height-- if too low, it makes bottoming out much more likely.

This does'nt answer the question but it seems to me there is 4 or 5 inches between the tire and what got damaged in travel mode, are your shocks the original if so may be time for new Konis,on mine it seems that that material may be a plastic mud flap type.

New Konis. Ride height ok. Monster dip pulling a trailer. Yes it is a mud flap type plastic.

They also make slower cure ones if desired.

You can find this or one like it at most box stores and hardware stores.

I'm going to fill the damage with flex seal paste in a tub. I'll post if it works

Dan, I patched mine with sheet fiberglass --sanded old surface then put layer of fiberglass cloth and sheet of fiberglass over the area.
That being said if it happens again I'll do what Brett suggested and cover with sheet of aluminum.  I did that on SOB first coach we has after a blow-out took out most of wheel well.

I found a plastic company in town that has the tough plastic that mud flaps and underbody protection is made of.  He will sell me a couple 2x2 sheets with Wolfes idea of marine grade adhesive and a few screw and hopefully done!

You as well. Speed limit is 35, go 25 or less if they haven't repaired the damaged dirt sections. Good to meet you. Beautiful Ft you got there!!!

I like the idea of a patch. I just used a flex seal type spray sealant in a can.
