Coolant hose question

Good afternoon everyone,
Does the hose that runs from the radiator tank( by the cap )to the bottom of the expansion tank need to be fuel rated?

I recently purchased a new radiator cap and it is digging into the hose . The hose that is on there is fuel rated but is it necessary?

No but it would'nt hurt,take a sample to any auto parts store,they will have it.
