Took your Towd advice

Based on the comments everyone made I made a decision on what to replace our 2006 TJ with.
One suggestion was a Sidekick, they are now very old and It's hard to find a good one, had one behind a 34' Eurocoach back in the early 90's. It was a simple, reliable ride.
The Jeep Wrangler was the most voted and my choice, but since it will be the DW's daily driver in place of her High performance sedan i relented and we found a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited another well suggested vehicle by forum members, with numerous options added and only 18500 miles, at a price way less than lesser specs with more miles, looks like brand new, bought it this morning.
We have a blue ox hitch, so will need to wire it up, and add a charge line, breakaway, and base plate.
How do I know if I need the wire for the power steering?
We really appreciate the time everyone took with 30 replies and suggestions: THANK YOU all of you!

You don't have electric steering so no issue with the wiring kit for it. I am about to put the baseplate on my '14 Overland as soon as it cools down here. The instructions call for removing the grill on the Roadmaster instructions. When I look at it, the grill is the whole front clip. Hope your Blue Ox baseplate is easier.

Looked at the blue ox instructions and you must take the front off, drill a few holes - takes about three hours, that's the sales brochure!!
No electric steering - that's great, thanks

Congratulations - that sounds like a great vehicle.  Our Liberty has worked out great and we added the Air Force secondary braking system.  Your owner's manual should have instructions on setting it up for towing; if not, you can easily find it on line.

Check the ETrailer website for an installation video. They do a very good job of showing how to install specific base plates.
