2008-2013 Cummins ISC or ISL heater hose/thermostat recall

This was a  Bluebird recall.  Would this thermostat issue/heater hose issue be a problem on FT too?  Does Cummins Quickserve parts show an updated thermostat for your engine since new?

I know this does not apply to 2007 or older Cummins.  I came across this recall while researching replacement of my heater hose from front to back.
