Phenix headlight

I have a 2011 Phenix and one of the projector headlights has a crack in it and now I has finally got some water in it so it is deteriorating inside. Has anyone had luck finding a part number or replacement headlight? Thanks for your time.

No p/n from our headlight conversion, which used Phenix lamps, but I can tell you the low beam is 120 mm and the high beam is 90 mm if that helps.

FOT parts could probably look it up for you.
