Dash lights not working

Hi!  New owner of a 1995 U240 model.  The dash lights do not work. Can anyone help guide me to troubleshoot this? So far I am able to lift up the dash hatch but I do not see anything obvious for changing a lightbulb.

If none of he dash lights work with the light switch (the one that turns on the headlights) rotated to max illumination,  that head light switch would be my first suspect.

You should have a 5A fuse (or possibly a circuit breaker) for "PNL LTS" somewhere.  My fuses are all under the lift-up dash cover right behind the instrument panel, but on your coach they are obviously not in that same location.

On our coach, power goes from the headlight switch, through the 5 amp fuse, then to the gauge panel lights.  What is the weakest link?

Headlight switch also powers the ICC switch.  Does ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission) function work ? (do marker lights flash)
