Electrical enigma

I am still pursuing my generator problem, noted in another thread.
I feel that I should start a separate thread regarding this, other, electrical issue.
They MAY be related.
The reason I say this, is that my generator failed to start even though it was on "auto" , and the Magnum control set at 12.2 low voltage
The issue I have, that is puzzling me, is that I was ALWAYS able to hit the main breaker, every morning, and run my few items from the inverter.
Yesterday, and again, today, I hit the main breaker.....but the displays shows 120v in each leg.
It should be blank
I cannot get the inverter to work.
I turned the main back on, and flipped the breaker on the pedestal.
The display is blank, and the inverter is working fine.
Any ideas will be welcome.
Thanks

Glenn,

See my post in your other thread: No generator - Page 5

In this respect, our coaches appear to be very similar, possibly identical. ... same generator, Magnum inverter. I'll do whaterver I can to help, from afar.
