Fuel Treatment

Does anyone use fuel treatment. I used this product for a long time in diesel pickups. I was planning on using it in the MH as well. No concerns about the engine or generator. But I don't know about the Oasis. I wouldn't think it would be a problem. I'm just wondering anyones experience good or bad on your hydronic unit with fuel treatment products. Thanks.

The only additives I use/recommend are:

A BIOCIDE such as Biobar JF if storing diesel over two months in summer or three months in winter.

An ANTI-GEL such as PS brand at Walmart if storing "summer grade fuel" into sub-freezing temperatures.

And, always store coach with full fuel tank to minimize condensation.

This is what I've always used and available in several different formulations. Available at Amazon or most all parts stores and truck stops. I carry a 80 oz container next to our fuel tank. Read reviews at: Amazon.com : power service diesel fuel additive

Power Service Diesel Kleen (only Cummins recommended) and Biobar JF biocide on every fill up. Cheap insurance.

One might also want to search the group - the discussion comes up roughly once every year or so and there are a fair number of posts on the subject with some good info.

Not to worry,  Oasis has a special filter at a special price to filter out those nasty additives
and allow your nozzle to burn clean.

Honestly I've never heard or thought about everything feeding from one tank, but I've never had a problem either.

Anything diesel fed comes from the same tank. Unless you have "special " plumbing. 😂
