Bedroom AC cycling on and off

Preparing my 2007 Nimbus today to head south and when testing my air conditioners I found my Bedroom unit will cycle on and off when set to AC and fan automatic.  On startup fan starts and 15-30 seconds later compressor starts and is blowing cold air.  After about a minute the compressor shuts and following that in about 30 seconds the fan shuts off.  Within a minute the unit starts back up and runs the same cycle and shuts down.  I am wondering if I'm dealing with a capacitor issues.  All thoughts and ideas appreciated.
Thanks.

Seems like a grounding issue..

#1 Is this a new behavior or is the coach new to you?

#2 Does the ceiling duct point right at the bedroom temperature sensor?

new behavior today.  Only difference is I am in my shop which is 60 degrees.  I've set the front and rear AC to 55 degrees.  Front works normal and rear is acting up.
