Hydraulic lines too. Zip ties on hydraulic and fuel lines can cause premature failure there too. It is so important to check all lines
Once I saw a Big Foot class C motorhome almost burn to the ground. The rv dealer steam cleaned out the battery compartment on the used rv. Then at the walk thru with the new customer, the customer requested pulling out the battery slide out. Some of the aged insulation on the positive battery cable had blown away from the steam cleaning. Now when pulled out it contacted the grounded metal frame sending hundreds of amps thru the cable causing it to ignite into flames all the plastic insulation all the way back to the starter motor. The tech quickly grabbed a fire extinguisher and put it out. Even the tech was surprised by how big and hot the flames got before it was put out. The customer took delivery of the Big Foot after being given a three year unconditional warranty on the entire electrical system on the chassis and rv. The dealer was lucky the customer was a retired VP from Ford in charge of parts for South America and understood stuff happens. So yes.....check your 12v cables.
