Windshield Wiper Motor

Anyone know what the proper torque figure is for the shaft nut on the wiper motor? This is a 97 but I'm thinking they used the same one for awhile.

Jor;  we pulled ours out and installed a new motor.  I put blue loctite on the threads with the nut and cranked it down pretty good.  I believe it is a 1/2 inch nut.  Not sure of the torque, but I had to have put at least 40 lbs on it.  Hope this helps!

Thanks. I've got the dash apart. I found that the bolts holding the motor were not real tight and the motor was flexing some. I got into this because my wipers are occasionally going wide. I'm tightening everything but I can't see anything that would cause this to happen other than a stripped wiper to shaft connection. I am installing new knurled driver nuts just in case.
