Jake Brake

I was looking for a photo and came across these neat pictures of the Jake on our last M11. Might be of interest to those that wonder what they look like.

Nice looking high low switch. Is that a 3 position switch with off in the middle or did you have a floor switch to put the Jake on.

Yea. Off is in the middle. That low (3 cylinder) selection was perfect for those slight grades where you'd slowly gain speed otherwise. Come to think of it, that's not quite right. The middle was off but the Jake was enabled by the "retard" switch right next to it.

Glad I have so many distractions going on right now. I really like the idea of a jake. I Would be looking more for one if I had time.
