Travel / ride height ?

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there!

Does anyone have information on ride/travel height as in how to adjust?
I have a gauge for measuring how ever I can't get them right. Not sure I'm doing or understanding it correctly. How important is it?

Ride Height Adjustment and Air brake pressures.

Any reasonably flat spot will be fine.

I only ever worried about being flat for the front axle where it is one shared valve for both sides. The rear corners adjust independently so being level doesn't really matter there. At least that was my theory, and I am YouTube certified in many different disciplines so you can take that to the bank

It isn't necessary to be on a level surface, but it is necessary to be on flat  ground to be accurate (have all the wheels on the same plane)

The rear valves control the side to side height, front valve controls the front height. If both rear valves are set to 8" and one front is a little low and the other a little high..... split the difference, that's about the best you can do.
