Rearview Safety back up cameras

I'm in the market to replace my back up camera and add side view cameras as well.  Does anyone have any experience with this product:

There's a ton of camera systems out there for less than half the price of this one but I do like the reviews on Amazon that refer to "high quality", "metal camera bodies" and "heavy weight" components.  I don't mind paying more for quality but I'd rather not pay for the illusion of quality.  I'd be curious to hear the experiences of other forum members adding rear and side view cameras to their rigs.

Tadi Brothers and RV Cams are popular sources.

Mine came from Tadi Bros, wired. I did not have good luck with wireless.  I have two hi def cameras looking back and down in the rear, one right side camera for the blind spot.  All of these have infrared lights for night time views. And one pretty basic  front camera looking right down in front so I can see where the front of the coach is.  I have a 4 camera monitor, each camera can be seen individually and there are modes where you can see more than one view at a time up to 4.  I look at one thing at a time. Confusing any other way. Normally the long view in the rear is on all the time, right side is switched by turn signal, front and rear down views by selecting them. 

Tadi Bros had what I wanted, service and support were great, shipping quick.

I've used RVS single wired cameras & monitors on a previous Newell and on my current Foretravel.  Nice quality and no problems.

Roger what're you using for a monitor and where/how do you have it mounted?

Mine is a 7" from Tadi Bros.  It is on all the time while driving.  Mounted it where the old, OEM useless monitor was, took it out, made a filler panel, monitor mounts to that.

Got it, it's very similar to mine then. I thought you might have a bigger monitor mounted somewhere that allowed viewing of all four cameras at once

I can look at one, two, three or four at once.  I would rather use the whole screen to see what I want to see than have a busy screen with lots of smaller images.  It is plenty big for one image, I don't want too much clutter.

See the USB power ports above the vent?  Open your dash and there is a hole in the aluminum backer plate for just such a device.  I have added 8 of these around the coach.

PO put wireless camera on mine. It sucks. Constantly lose picture. Can't see anything in low light. Will be looking to replace in near future. Too many other "necessities" right now.

I think hard wired cameras are the way to go and I'm definitely not afraid to pull some wires.

For a little over $200, you can have an excellent 4 camera system. Same camera and screen we have that has given good service with a nice color screen in the day and excellent B&W video at night. Could not ask for a better image.

Wired works well and would not spend $$ on a wireless system with dropouts, etc.

What do you get for more money? Nothing as far as I can see.

George, I've had no problems with mine and it works well.  I wired it to always be on with the ignition so I can see the toad and what's behind me.  It helps when passing someone.
