Where did you buy the continental hose from?  I'm having a lot of trouble sourcing parker HTFL
When I lived in corpus Christi which is surrounded by trucks for the oil industry I couldn't find the right hose in the quantities that I needed. Oh I could get it if I bought a whole box but I didn't need a whole box. So I went with marine grade Trident hose. I'm sure it will work for the next 20 years. I got it from a Marine store at a good price. And most of my fittings worked. I did have to buy some at a local hose store.remember 90% of the fuel lines in the coach are protected in races or behind spaces. There's only a little bit that is exposed to the elements going up to the generator and coming out of the rear race and going into the engine compartment. I felt the marine grade hose was more than sufficient and if I was really concerned about it I would put something around it to protect it further. Anyway that's what I did.
