Driving Lights 89 GV Replacement Lamp Part Number?

When we purchased our coach, the original driving lamps were long gone and had been replaced with add ons that to be blunt, just looked trashy. I spoke with Brad at FT, and he said he thought the originals were Hella's, but had no idea what part number they were. the lamp body and retainers are still on the coach, just the lamps are missing. from what I can measure, the lamp is 7" by 3.4" and is a 2 angle spade connector. Any ideas on the replacement numbers? Thanks so much in advance......
