Side Radiator Hydraulic Fans

One of my Side Radiator Hydraulic Fans have some dried oil (checked oil, it is good) Please see pictures. I wonder where the leak is. Fans are spinning as they should. I put the other "clean" picture too for comparison.

Yup, starting to leak.  Not urgent, but at some point will need to be sealed/replaced.

I am in the process of putting my fans back in after changing the seals. As Brett said no
hurry as in mine they were seeping when I bought it a few years ago and I just got around
to doing them now.

Both of our fan motors have looked like your "dirty" one ever since we bought our coach in 2013.  They have never gotten any worse, and never dripped a drop of oil on the ground.  I am "watching and waiting" for more serious symptoms.

Try adding some Lucas Oil Stop Leak to your system.  Might help slow down the seepage...won't hurt anything to try it.

A good time to do the job is when you want to service the hydraulic system as you will
drain all the oil out of the reservoir. The seals are a common seal that I got from  a
local seal shop.
