Power window awnings

Our 2003 coach has power window awnings. The remote that's mounted on the wall inside has stopped working and I found a new one. Does anybody know how I would be able to program it to work. The handheld remote still works but it would be nice to have a back up if needed. Below is a picture of what they look like on the outside. They are not zip dee shades, I'm not sure right off hand who the maker is. I assume that anybody that has a 2003 model coach with power outside shades will know what I'm talking about. Also is a pic of the inside remote I need to program.

Those should be Girard awnings. Probably have to contact them to see about a new switch and how to program it.
