Fuel line replacement for Grand Villa

There has been many posts on fuel line replacement, and I would like to clarify and order the correct fittings needed. Most posts I see are for the newer flat front models.

My goal is to find what my 1994 Grand Villa will need for the fuel line replacement. I have decided to follow many other forum members and order the Trident Series 365 Barrier A1-15 hose. I have ordered 50 ft each of 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8".

I need help identifying the correct fittings. I will go with the push on type since others have used it. If there are any other recommended fittings to use in place of the push on, please share. Otherwise I have sourced some part numbers but, do not know for sure which are the correct sizes. I have enclosed a picture of the ones in question.

I assume I need 4 of each size? 3/8, 1/2, 5/8. On the chart there are 2 choices for each size, which ones do I need.

Any big parts store should have them or auto speed shop. Trident is good hose. Amazon might also be a source for fittings. My old lines had push on's l I just reused them.

I used a extra plug inserted in the fitting and a soft dead blow hammer to bump the fittings into the new line. Held the line in my hand. The Trident hose is nice stuff. I used way more than I intended inside of aqua hot, generator quiet box. Also had several lines on the engine I replace at the same time so everything is done at one time. Crazy aqua hot had remote filter near the steering gearbox. Good fun . Take extra care not to damage fittings if reusing. Removing old hose isn't easy  soft brass is easy to damage fitting

I just had a hose place make mine up. House of Hose in Spokane Wa. Was Like $200.00 for everything.

Pulled the old ones out, took them in. Had them made a tad longer

Thanks for the replies, I don't believe my original fittings are push connect, they are big steel looking fittings. I believe I will have to use new fittings.

I just was wondering if I needed the 1/2 x 5/8 or 5/8 x 5/8. Is it true when members are replacing 3/8 hose the get 3/8x3/8 female fitting, and 1/2 hose using 1/2 x 1/2 female fittings? The the multiple options are throwing me off.

Those big steel fittings just might be re-useable ones!

Are you sure your fuel feed lines are 5/8"

Cut off one of the hoses and if it is a barb fitting, it can be reused.
