86 GV lost all exterior lights

We had a local shop install a back up camera... we have a " trunk" in the rear of the coach since our GV is a front engine gas

Went to pick up the coach on Friday and i couldn't pair the camera with the dash monitor because i discovered there was not power.  Shop used a hot line from the courtesy amber lights. ( separate toggle switch on dash).

Left the coach running for a moment and discovered we had NO headlights, tail lights, brake lights.. blinkers worked..

What happened.  If the work on back up camera was at the rear ?  How could we lose headlights at same time or is this a coincidence....

We leave Wednesday for a 3 week 5000 mile trip

Help.    Will accept conspiracy theories and crazy ideas...

Check your headlight switch, my headlights worked, but I had no running lights, or tail lights. A 15 dollar lifetime guaranteed headlight switch from O'Reilly's fixed everything.
