Shock Warehouse

Don't know if you want this here or in there around the fire ring so if you do just move it. Ordered two shocks for my Jeep Grand Cherokee along with the 2 rear  airbags. I have version that rides on airbags and struts. Ordered them the beginning of May. Never received another email or tracking email other than the initial received order email. I tried multiple times to call them, email them or connect with them on their website to no avail. Not only haven't I received them yet but the address that I was having them shipped to will no longer be valid come May 18th. Needless to say I'm a bit disappointed. I think they're getting ready to move but still that is absolutely no excuse for this.
And so while I'm ranting about this I'll have to rant about Hughes corporation, the makers of the EPO power watchdog and autoformer amongst other things. When I first had issues with that I called their tech support couldn't get a person so I left a message expecting a call back in the next day or so. I never received a call back. I was busy with other things so I stopped calling but I'll be calling tomorrow morning to send their POS product back to them for warranty replacement. This is the second EPO power watchdog that I've had to send in. The first was a plug-in model that you plug in at the power pedestal and now the built-in model that you wire into your RV. Two failures in less than 2 years. Not acceptable at all.
Anyway I just thought that if anybody's getting ready to order shocks from shock Warehouse that you should know what's going on with them right now. I'll be calling them again tomorrow morning as well.
Bob

Edit .  It's Hughes that is moving, just reread the email.

Although and behold I finally got a call from shock warehouse today. Seems that the parts were out of stock and they're now in stock. Having it shipped to where I am now in Oklahoma City. Not my whole order but the rear shocks and airbags for my Jeep Grand Cherokee.
When I told a guy I've been trying to get a hold of their company for weeks through various different ways both phone email and contact us now on their website and someone will get right back to you of course no one ever did he didn't bat an eye. So well I'm happy to get my shocks finally, I am absolutely unhappy with their customer service and the time it took for them to get back to me. Any company that doesn't answer a phone or doesn't respond to emails it's not a good company in my opinion. Now I did get my koni fsds for the coach from them and was happy then. But not happy now.
I don't even want to think about trying to return them if something's not right.

As far as hughes, they did finally call me back and is sending a new unit out.

Not sure what's going on with these companies right now. I guess they can blame it on covid but I don't buy that. Seems like the world's going crazy, can somebody show me the back door out of here please?
