Entry door frame info please, GV

Does anyone know what the framing looks like that the door screws to?  I have a couple of broken screws and would like to add a few if they contact the metal framework . I just don't know where that is.  Thanks, MM

Below the floor the framing is just 3/4" plywood, which is what the stairs of made from.  The screws go in on the edge of the plywood.  Foretravel layers thin sheet metal (more like flashing) over the outside surfaces of plywood and it wraps under the door frame.  The flashing is what you see when you open the bay door and look at the edge; it's painted black.  P.S. I just found a sketch of it I did a long time ago - see attached.

Above the floor, I'm not so sure.  If I recall when my door frame was removed, I don't recall seeing any steel there.  I think it was just screws into the fiberglass wall.  That said I know there must be steel there, it could just be inside from where the door cutout was made.  Attached is a photo on a cold morning where the condensation shows the steel locations.  It looks like the steel is just beyond where the screws are.

Thanks for taking the time  to show that.
My  bottom hinge is " soft" mounted  and I hate how much the hinge area moves.  Maybe the door jam above the basement has a steel tube to hit, but the magnet test is a fail so far.
