Identify air valve on a 2007 nimbus chassis

I found this valve by the rear six packs on my 2007 nimbus and am wondering if someone can identify it's function.

That's not a valve, it's a pressure regulator.

Do you have any added on air powered devices at the rear of the coach?  Does your towd use coach air pressure to operate the brakes when it is being towed?

You should have an air system diagram for your coach.  The air lines connected to the regulator may have ID labels on them that can be matched to the schematic.

See if the regulator is found on the diagram.  If not, it was added by a prior owner.

In the bottom right hand corner of the picture you can see a part of a tag hanging down, match those numbers to the air schematics as Chuck said.

Steve, do you have a tag axle with lift bags?

Steve,

If your Nimbus is a 40' or 42' with a tag axle, the mystery regulator may control pressure to the tag "lift axle" bags.

The air schematic linked below (U320) may be similar to your coach.  There is a regulator directly below the tag axle manifold.

Thank you all for identifying and providing schematic drawing.  Yes my 40' has a tag.  This issue is coming up because of  ongoing wheel bounce from the rear end for as long as I have owned the coach, 3+ years.  In the past 12 months we have installed all new tires and shocks.  Wheels were initially spin balanced off the coach and beads added.  Still had bounce.  a month ago had all the rears pulled and spun again and had the beads removed and put on external weights.  During this process one tire was rejected and replaced one inside dual wheel.  Still bouncing but it is improving.  Bounce is intermittent and almost not noticeable on very smooth road.  When roads get a little rough or bridge crossing bounce starts.  Feel it through seat bottom and back.  Steering wheel is smooth.  Question has now been raised as to the tag axle weights.  It was weighed in June 2021 and front 11980, drive 18620 and tag 7540.  Do these numbers make sense?
