Xantrex XC Pro 3000

This has it's own transfer switch built in. Can I leave the existing one in the coach as well or should I bypass one of them. I get the unit Tuesday so probably start the installation on Wednesday

You need the built in one for the non-inverted devices. Everything is automatic.

You only have a 20 AC circuit going to the inverter/charger.  If you bypass the OEM transfer switch and use the internal one then the most you will supply the secondary panel with is 20 amps.  In order to do more you have to do a major upgrade in AC wiring to and from the inverter and change circuit breakers. 

If you plug into a 50 amp landline the OEM transfer switch will send 50 amps to the secondary panel.

The Xantrex transfer switch is different than the transfer switch in the coach.
The coach transfers from shore power to generator power and back depending on what is feeding the coach.
The inverter is switching circuits from ac to battery depending on what is feeding it power.
You need both for proper operation.
