Unknown cable connector in cabinet above driver- Anyone recognize it?

In the overhead cabinet above drivers seat that houses some of the audio video components, there is a cable with large connector plug that is  not being used. See attached picture. This may be from the previous owners Trac star satelitte receiver. I would like to remove this cable, but before I do I want to ask- Is there any chance this plug is needed to diagnose the coach itself? Thanks in advance

DB25 male 25-pin serial port type connector.  Maybe to a printer back in the day, or some older analog device.

Not from a Trac Star, Maybe from a Tracvision. Many older sat systems used a variety of different plugs.
Our 97 has had 5 different satellites installed before we bought it.

Possible from the bose amp under the couch that went to the control box in the top cabinet towards the very back.

You need to put down in your tag lines at the bottom which coach you have.

My Bose system has a DB15 connector (15-pin).

That would be my guess as well. Keith. I didn't have anything like that above my head when I redid the compartment. So my guess is that you can pull it safely. I would find where the other end attaches to. If it doesn't attach anything, remove it.
