Where does this go? (passenger seat)

I was cleaning up and found this sitting on the floor!  It is the motor for the footrest.  Still wired up, so I got that.  How does it attach?  I see the threaded rod with the button end under the back of the seat.  I can't figure out exactly what it attaches to!
