URC Home Theater Remote.

Realize the URC H/T system is used in a limited number of FT coaches, but I was wondering if anyone has had to replace one of their URC remotes. The display window on one of my 2015 era remotes is failing. Initial contact with Foretravel parts suggested that I try to find a local vendor, which I was able to do. My understanding from the vendor is that the new remote will require on-site programming by a tech--neither the replacement remote nor the service call will be cheap--what a surprise!!!!

Simple swap over. If you have the programing software you upload the program from the remote. Then download the program into the new remote. Maybe 1/2 hr job. You could take both remotes to the dealer and they should be able to dump the program into the new remote. If you are going to Natchitoches in March I could do it for you while we are there.

If you do not have a new remote yet, get me the model number and I will see if I can get through distribution where you can pick up or get it sent to you.
