Greasing the steering column extension

Hi everyone,
Have only found one of the three fittings.
Have ran my hand and fingers all around the area.
Have read you have to turn the wheel to access third one but I am short 2 at this time.
Can someone steer me in the right direction ?

The others are inside the coach under the dash. Yours may only have 1 inside as you have the new style steering column.

I think there is one under the dust boot on my 2000. Of course your 2003 may be different.

It did not occur to me that they would be inside.
