Aqua hot Squeeking

As part of wrapping up a fuel system upgrade (FASS), and an entire fuel line replacement I am finally to the point of getting the Aqua hot back up and running, I am sure its been doing this since I bought it, but with the covers off more noticeable. It sounds like I have a light bearing squeek going on when the blower is running. As I have a bit of smell and sooting when running was going to do a service on it while I am at it. Based on the service manual I have there is a bearing Kit for the blower, but I cant find a part number for it anywhere in my manual nor on any AH web links. Has anyone done these bearings before and happen to know the Kit #, and where to acquire. Or just the bearing numbers, looks like the rest of what would be a kit is non wear items.
I have the AHE-100-01S model heater.

Thanks, Mike

The foretravel link doesn't work for me. Rudy may have the bearing numbers. Ill text you his numbers this morning. Good guy and holds the fastest shipping record for help.

You could take it apart and take the old bearings into a bearing shop and they would
be able to match them up.

Mike,

Here you go 608-2RS 8mmx22mmx7mm don't buy the thriftly made ones for skateboards as you will be disappointed with the results.

Call Rudy,  713 eight one eight  3234

Blower bearings are not very expensive and replacable.  Parts from Rudy come with help as needed.

Blower motors can wear as well, in that case it is an entire motor, no serviceable bearings.  Do the blower bearing first.

Thanks for all the feedback folks. as told Scott when he texted me, Im in the middle of plant maintenace shutdown, ( 12hrs 14 days then a break) and barely finding time to research up my parts and post a ? or two on the occasional break. Trying to get as much as possible pre tear down. According to the docs I have the 100_01S does not have much other than a new jet and alot of cleaning. I thought there was a gasket tween the main body and the housing but surely dont see on on the spec sheet. Got some jets/filters coming.

Mike thanks for the number spec on the bearing, I actually keep a few dozens bearings of various sizes in my shop I think I may have a few of those. Yep dont ever skimp on bearings, and from what I have seen in the past 20 years, even on the primo brand, SKS, National, Timken, etc... if you get one that is sealed which an RS is, pop the seals even on a new one and check for grease, it would surprise many out there just how many come with near zero grease.

Roger, Yes I hope its only the bearings, sure sounds like it, imagine the motor is probably only bronze sleeved if non serviceable, bummer

Thanks for the reference to the 608-2RS. I had 1 in my stock pile in my shop. Not enough to do this job, so ordered a few more last night along with about a dozen other common sizes I often use around my place. Thanks for that info, that was the sort of info I was looking for.
