2003 lifting tag air bag replacement - how hard?

My tag bags aren't looking so hot.  Of course Finditparts has record high prices on these bags, but at least they are available.  Has anyone changed these?  How much of a pain?  Any special tools needed for these two oddballs?  Kinda looks like you could raise the tag which would deflate and compress these bags.

I replaced the ones on our 03. They were not very hard. I raised the coach and installed the safety stands. Then dumped the air from the bags. Removed the tag wheel on one side which made access pretty easy, then did the same on the other side.
