I am looking for a two pole Heinemann circuit breaker number: CD2-A3-DU0045-01A 120/240, Please advise if you can help.

Last year when I changed out the generator and bearing I also had replaced the main breaker on the 50 amp generator. I bought mine from the powertech and paid way too much for it so I'm glad you got it on eBay.
