Isuzu /Power Tech Generator

Quick question re our Isuzu 3LB1 Generator engine.
Across the front of the engine looking at it with the coach cover open. There are two flexible fuel lines going from upper right to lower left behind the injector high pressure pipes.
The ends of these pipes are made with curved radius ends, do I need to buy the same or can I just use some regular flex fuel hose?
If I have to buy them does anyone know who stocks them?
Thanks

David,

Yes that is what I have used for years as replacement. No need for high pressure line.

Any cracks you see are just in the silver paint that PT sprayed on most everything. If you change the lines, don't make an bends that might cut off the flow. The restriction valve you see should be put back on in the same direction. It allows some pressure to be in the high pressure pump so the pump interior/reservoir is full and the little pistons have plenty of diesel.

I have to replace these pipes!
On the right side the short vertical flex line has ruptured and is under pressure when the engine operates, had clouds of vaporized fuel as it went on to the engine and I assume exhaust.
Probably one of those dire fire safety moments!!

David,

Are you talking about the line that is not painted in your pic.?  If so that is the fuel bleed off from the injectors that returns to the tank.

Mike , yes That was the one that was leaking, but all three flex pipes feel sort of soft
Saw you said you just use regular flexible fuel line to replace, thanks

Yes, the 3 injectors have a bridge to the black hose that also returns the extra diesel to the fuel tank. Is the black one spraying?

Any fuel hose works. Put the one-way check valve back in the same hose facing the same direction, and use any hose clamps. Worked for us.
