Any ideas? Victron products Showing wrong voltage?

So my victron products (2-solar controllers and a smart bmv shunt) are all showing a voltage of 13.50ish and are at float status. Thus not charging my batteries. My 2 lithium batteries and my volt meter say 13.14 for voltage. Any guess why?  Is there a way to reset victron products?
