Septic Hose

The septic hose on my 2002 U270 split. I purchased a replacement hose with fittings at a local RV store and the adaptor to connect to the RV was too small. I was not aware that the RV had a different connection. Do I need to find a hose without connectors and use the adaptors from the split hose?

If you ae on the road that will be the easiest thing to do rather than changing the end on the coach. There is a Camco end that is an adaptor (Thetford to Camco) that you can get if you are near a camping supply place.
