Taking a test drive with a 5 amp fuse installed sound like a good way to sell a new ECU. I've worked for dealers as a kid, a big reason I never take a vehicle into a shop. Sure looks as if it calls for a 10 amp to me, especially since there is a 10 amp installed. They agree 100%So, we have the same 6V-92TA Detroit with the same DDEC II ECU. Does the coach in question have the same location placard with the same fuse rating? If so, why was a 5 amp fuse installed for a test drive. Looks like it goes to the ignition as you said and has to do with the low coolant level module and the cruise control. I take it that the low coolant module is in the ECM itself? Is it located in the fuse location map in reply #25?Looks like I may have to eat some crow pie as far as S&S goes.
