Toilet part unidentified

Replacing the flange seal on my thetford Aria II deluxe this was in-between the flange and the toilet. Thetford and FOT do not know what it is .

I would like to replace the two seals on this piece while I have it apart. If you know please share !

I found one part for that toilet, and it has a diagram for other parts. Maybe this ebay seller can help...

I think it's the boot under the inside of the toilet.. been a while but I have the same toilet.. takes up the gap from the seal to the flange I believe. That portion installs on the toilet then you lower it down if I remember correctly. Very difficult toilet to get sealed .. at least for me. Used the green rubber and part of another seal to get it closed. Been 2yrs and no issue . Will be removing mine in a few weeks to fix a water issue. So I will be more fluent soon.

I have the same toilet. They are not torn but wanted to replace while I had it apart.  We have to find someone at thetford that knows this part. It's not on their parts diagram.

Good luck getting them on the phone.

The instructions say to grease the flange seal and install on the bottom of the boot then set the whole thing down on the flange.

I'm hoping this will seal.

You said you had to use the green rubber and part of another to get it to seal.  Did you put those seal pieces on the flange ? I have heard some use silicone sealant versus grease.

When I redid my toilet I used silicone plumbers grease.
That is not a pressurize line in any way and the only thing you're trying to do is keep odors out

Thanks! I also noticed that the boot was not completely vertical. The bottom flange cover was not perpendicular to the taller section. I could see where sloshing from the tank was leaking up through that bottom seal.

So I plan to set the toilet down, tighten down, pull it back off and see if that flange cover is straight.

Sorry for the crappy topic folks

It took me two people.. I did the crappy end while someone else set the toilet.. Was easier for me in the long run.. USed a screwdriver to tighten after I believe. (Its been a few years). 2 ppl for sure though

Make sure the distances are correct from the floor to the flange.

Thanks for that.  The seal  I am looking for has part number 19502 on it. It was included in the 19621 kit that is discontinued.

Tried 4 times via phone, 4 emails, and went to a dealer that couldn't help. Not at all impressed with thetford at this point.

Sorry for the late post.
Dealing with shower cartridge replacement.
Any way, I put mine completely together then sat it on the flange.
Make sure your measurements are correct from the floor to flange.
I added a 1/8 inch spacer over my flange for a better fit.
Secured the toilet and eliminated any movement  using rubber packing under the toilet where needed.

Sounds like you did a real solid job.  So you installed two flange seals. Did it not work out with a single ?

Good morning.
There was the original flange which I did not touch
When I took the measurements from the floor to the top of the flange I was a little low so I added the 1/8" spacer.
