2014 IH45 Air tank locations
I am trying to trace down my air leaks. I have fixed 2 leaks with new fittings. I have now found two more, one at the drain valve and a running T fitting on one of the air tanks in the front axle area. I have not fixed these yet but by the amount of air lose there must be a few more or a fairly big one.
Hoping someone will give me an idea where to find a missing tank.
Based on tank drains I have 5 tanks. Wet, Front, Rear, Active Air, and HWH slides.
I have not gotten safety stands yet so looking from the sides and not getting under the coach yet. So far I have found 1 in the back in front of the rear axle, 1 in the front passenger compartment, and 2 in the front axle area. I think I am missing the tank for the slides.
The drawing I have in my book is for a nimbus with regular mechanical height adjusters. That drawing shows total of 4 tanks and 4 drain valves. I have some 5/8 hose going to the tank in the compartment and the drawing I have does not show any 5/8" line at all. I have requested from FOT but have not gotten yet.
Any one with any ideas?
