Is the Deutsch 50 pin connector at the engine?

Still working on cruise control...the wiring schematic photo below shows the Deutsch 50 Pin connector...is that back at the engine by the ECM?

Also attaching a photo back at the engine where the wiring harness terminates...by the way, if I have to pop open those 3 plastic covers is there a trick? I've messed with them before but felt like I was going to break them trying to remove them.

On the bottom side were the harness comes in there is two tyraps holding it closed. Clip those and unsnap the locks on the side to allow it to fold upward X3. There is a bolt in the middle to pull and hold connector in. Do it before lunch.

Ha, guess it's nasty in there?
So is that where the 50 pin the schematic is referring to?
