We're Shocked

It has been a while since Keith did our bladder and brakes. I'm happy to say that all is well with both.
Around that same time, we got new Michelin tires.  They seemed to be an improvement over the older Generals.
So, last week we left home for Tennessee to visit some relatives and we decided to start the trip with a detour to Tallapoosa Ga. Before I forget, we don't have any part of the Factory Direct or gain anything from our statements. I cannot compliment the hospitality or workmanship we saw at the Factory Direct facility.  Their techs are young and highly skilled at working on motor coaches.
We had a SafeTPlus installed and 8 shiny new Konis.  I have enjoyed driving our 36 foot U320 a lot but, after these additions, it is a whole new level of driving ease and comfort.  Our old shocks were the red ones and none of the markings were in the cross-reference manuals. So, all we know is they were very old.  Many of them had no resistance when collapsed or extended so they were shot.
We have about 500 miles on the new shocks and SafeTPlus and are deeply in love with improvements they make.  Our trip will end with about 3500 miles on them so we should really know their benefits when we get back.
I had all of the stuff to change the shocks myself but opted to go to the Factory Direct outlet after reading on the forum that they installed their products with no labor charge.  Yes, I know I could have bought the shocks for a lower cost but, I wasn't going to do the install of the SafeTPlus myself and I certainly did not want CW to put it on.  Therefore, it made sense to go to the factory.
I would add that, if you feel the need to slow down when you approach the dip at the end of bridges, you should get shocked, too!
The SafeTPlus stops the dancing around caused by the grooves in the lane, cross wind, or semis passing.  This has been the best 500 miles we have driven/rode since we bought her 6 years ago.
So much for my rambling. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

Just to clarify, Glen is referring (above) to the Safe-T-Plus headquarters and factory outlet in Tallapoosa, GA.

Thanks Chuck, I had no idea what shop he was talking about.

I thought Factory Direct may have referred to Foretravel Factory

Sorry for the confusion. Here's a pic of the tote bag they gave us.  Their company name is Factory Direct Works, LLC. They have 2 locations one is in Georgia and the other is in Florida.  They said that they were looking into Texas for the next expansion.

We ended up with 4,000 miles on the trip. About 3.200 of the miles were after our visit to Tallapoosa.  The coach ride and control were a lot better than they had ever been.  I-40 in New Mexico and Arizona to and from Las Vegas was terrible with potholes and winds, I was very happy to get back to Texas where the roads were much better.  The cross winds were high in both directions of the trip. The Safe T Plus did a great job of taming them.  There were no problems with the coach except we did get a crack in the passenger windshield.
