Slide room lock pin drain

I've posted before about my leaky slide room. I'm confident now that it's not coming under the bladder which leaves the pin holes.

It's been mentioned in here is a drain line that can be blown out. Looking at the bottom, I only see the lower locking pin holes.  Is this correct?  ...some drain tube from the top pin holes to the bottom pin holes?  I've blown some compressed air in the bottom and a bunch of oily crud did come out...not so sure I'm on the right path. Thanks!

The drain hole (singular) on mine is right on the bottom, outer edge in the center of the slide.  About 3/8 inch in diameter.  Make sure you put a rag over the upper holes.  Otherwise, the bottom of your awning will get very dirty.

I would also look very closely at the seam between the top skin and the top pin holes.  If the skin is delaminating, you may be able to repair it with caulk.

Another possible leak point is the corners of the windows.  The windows have a radius'd corner and the cutout in the siding is rectangular.  The rubber gasket tends to shrink with age.  I replaced all my window gaskets and found the at least one corner on each window had shrunk back enough to allow a leak.  You should be able to see/feel the gasket material within 1/8 inch of the edge of the window or I would be worried.  It takes about 60-90 minutes to pull a window and install a new gasket.  Getting windows out and back in is much easier with two people.  Gasket material available from Xtreme, MOT or FOT.  Don't stretch the gasket when you install it.
