Progressive EMS HW-50C recalibration instructions

Knowing many here are using a hardwired Progressive 50 amp EMS unit, I stumbled upon this on another forum and thought it might be useful.

How to recalibrate the voltage readout (if needed):

Would this work on the portable unit?

I believe the portable is weather-sealed, so I'm not sure you would want to open it up.

The portable unit is weather sealed but ours got damp on the inside once from being used in a week long rain one time and caused the digital panel to go out. I opened it up and dried it with a hair dryer. Put it back together and everything worked like normal. The seal is a rubber seal that goes around the panel and I put a small amount of Vaseline on the seal before putting the panel back on. This has been about 5 years ago with no issues. I assumed it was ruined when the digital panel went out so I was really just tearing into it to see how it worked........ it sort of fixed itself.
