Door hold open

Our 1999 U320 36' door I believe should be able to lock open and only shut when door handle is used. If this is true however mine doesn't any more. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have set my door so it won't lock open so maybe that has happened to yours. There is an
allen screw up top that can be adjusted to do that.

Also the part that locks the door open will rust over time and not move. Give it a shot of blaster and it should start working. You might have to manually move it to free it up.
