A/C without a soft start installed?

I was thinking of hooking my front air unit to the inverter  and wondered if I needed a soft start installed.
I have a Victron Multi 3000 12v inverter/charger. I have the original make alternator installed.
The inverter has the boost function, would this be able to handle the surge of the A/C compressor without a soft start?
I also have 2000 watts of solar and (10) L16, 6v lifeline batteries at 400 amp hrs each (1000 watts at 50% discharge available).

I believe you mean 1,000amps not watts. And yes you have the power to not need easy start.

The power is not the concern. The inverter's ability to invert the power from 12v to 120v would be the problem. That being said, I was unable to start my AC with the original ATS. I put in a manual transfer switch and it'll run the front AC without an issue. Once it's heat soaked it'll run around 1700 watts or more. Can't wait to get rid of the roof airs.
