HWH issue

I need some help with this issue, how do I figure out what is not working?
The leveling system works perfectly keeping the coach level.
Problem is:
Cannot raise coach one side at a time to tilt it over.
Cannot raise the rear fully, stops about 1.5" short of max.
Was working since HWH repaired it, any ideas as to where I start looking. I must admit the leveling system is a bit of a mystery to me but if I have guidance I may be able to get Rich Bowman to come over and help me.

Issue resolved !
John Duld sent me a message and we talked for a good hour, educated me on the workings of the system as only a pilot and Foretravel owner could! I now have notes.
Having talked about his Austrian ancestry, Ireland and how he misses his 40' Foretravel every day and the good times he had in it.
So yes I started on connections and continued along the lines he suggested and thought about how unlikely this failure is considering how the system works.
With that in mind I pulled down the large red folder, went to the HWH Manuel and read the instructions, I should have done this four months ago, as I read press the AIR button to activate the right side of the pad. I must have forgotten that instruction over Christmas. I believe it's called user error.
And the rear not rising enough for the steel safety bars, they never went on the frame behind the wheel, they fit with space to spare on the front.
In fact it is safe to say that out HWH system is and has been fully functional, it's the operator who is deficient.
I should have put my trust in the 99 coach and not my belief in myself!

When raising both ends of the coach to full height, do you use 4 or 8 safety stands?  The general Forum recommendation is to use 8 stands - 2 at each corner.  In that case, one stand will go in front of the wheel(s) and one behind.  Most coaches will raise up far enough to fit 12" long safety stands in each of the 8 positions.

I always use 8, and our 1995 U320 raises high enough to use 12" tubes (we get our hitches from Harbor Freight) although at times my wife needs to continuously hold the raise button as I insert them on one side or end.

Stands I have, all painted Yellow to help me see them and REMEMBER they are there. So far my brain has been good at that.
