Strange Oasis mal function

About a month ago our summer loop pump went out (Rudy confirmed) replaced pump and had hot water for showers for two weeks. Now no hot water again. Diesel and elec both working fine. Here is the odd thing, the summer loop pump howls like a coyote. Noise is so loud coming through the bathroom vent that we can't sleep.  Have never heard of no hot water with both diesel and elec working. Prior to not working at all we had four times where hot water would work then a day or two later would quit again. Now it seems with the howling it is out for good. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like Summer Loop pump is not performing correctly again.  No hot water with an Oasis heater almost always is the pump.

With pump howling, not normal, feel the pex pipe above the pump at the distribution unit.  It should be very hot.  If not, no hot water and bad pump.

Thanks Rudy, I will go out and test shortly. My wife is handicapped and I need to help her for awhile. I want to say thank you to you also for helping my friend with his bad motor in his unit. We are parked together to get both our rigs fixed, and will have his fixed as soon as the motor you sent arrives.  I thought maybe that new pump was bad right out of the box as well. I'll update soon.

Just a quick update. My system had a lot of air in it. We purged the air as per a you tube video with good instuctions on just how to do it and are now good to go.
