Dash lights flashing

03 u320 with m11 sitting in a camp ground. Dash lights are all flashing. Coach will not start. Voltage at 13 volts. Can someone help?

Which batteries are reading 13v

Fixed it was the remote door lock keybob

I cycled the keybob .noticed the dash lights would blink after opening the door. The night before the remote would not unlock the door, had to use the key.
